Why vacation in a typical boring hotel or condo? We bring the magic to you when you stay with us. 
All the comforts of home are here in this beautiful "Animal Kingdom" theme decorated condo located 
in the preferred Villas At Island Club just 7 miles to Disney Theme Parks.  

Our condo features 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths.  The Master Bedroom has French doors leading to a
deck which overlooks the scenic lake, pool and clubhouse.  Perfect for enjoying a meal or just 
relaxing. The large Living Room and Dining Room features 12' vaulted ceilings and a 9'rounded atrium 
window that bathes the Living Room in sunlight. 2nd Bdrm is the "UnderTheSea" room with a queen bed, 
3rd Bedroom is designed in the "Rainforest Room" decor with 2 twin beds. Sleep sofa in Living room 
opens to a queen bed for additional guests.

Enjoy the fully equipped Kitchen should you choose to cook. Ohterwise there is Outback, Carrabas, 
Hoolihans as well as other fine restaurants within a couple of miles.  Also, there are 2 T.V.'s, 
video, CD player, highchair, etc. As per comments from our past guests, this home is so comfortable, 
you won't want to go home!

Villas At Island Club has 2 Pools with Hot Tubs, Volley Ball, Tennis Courts, Barbeque areas, 
Clubhouse.  All towels, sheets and linens, blowdryers are supplied for you.  Just bring your clothes!

Enjoy the convenience of this great location. We are located just off Highway 192.  We have 15 
signature golf courses located with 15 miles of the resort. Sea World and Universal Studios are 
within 20 minutes. For your shopping pleasure we are just minutes away from Millenium Mall and 
Premium Outlets.

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season $72.00 per night:  Jan 8th to Jan 31st.
                              May 1st to May 31st
                              Aug. 16th to Nov.15th

High Season $82.00 per night  Jan 1st to Jan 7th
                              Feb 1st to April 30th
                              June 1st to Aug. 15th
                              Nov 16th to Dec 31st
The rates above do not include a 13% Florida tax or a $60.00 cleaning fee for stays of less than 7
