Bright & Cheery 3 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo - Palmwood Villas in North Myrtle Beach

Palmwood Villas is a family-oriented condominium complex located in the desirable Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach. It is a small and quiet complex with only 36 units in twin, three story
buildings. In the middle of the 2 buildings is an oceanfront courtyard with pool. The fenced in courtyard is very spacious with plenty of room for sun bathing, relaxing, or just sitting by the pool. No need to run down early to save chairs for there are more than enough lounge chairs for everyone. Beside the sundeck, there is a covered picnic area to enjoy your lunch in the shade or just gather with friends. There is a poolside outdoor shower and a private path which leads directly to the beach from the courtyard. Palmwood also has a grilling area for family cookouts. If you should have a problem or have a question, our resident manager is happy to help you.

Our second floor condo is a corner unit with a southern exposure which makes it bright and cheerful. It is comfortable, tastefully decorated, well-maintained, and features a wonderful view of the ocean, as well as the pool. The oceanfront screened-in porch can be entered from the living room and the master bedroom.

The layout of the condo is a combined living room and dining area with the master bedroom separated from the other 2 bedrooms, so you never feel crowded. The condo is fully carpeted in the living room, dining area, and bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private full bath. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each with one bedroom having a half bath attached. There is a full bath in the hall and a full size sleeper sofa in living room.

The kitchen has all the comforts and conveniences of home: full size range with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice maker, blender, coffeemaker, crock
pot, toaster, plus all the utensils necessary for cooking and dining. There is a full size washer/dryer, central air conditioning and heating, iron and ironing board, 2 telephones, 3 color cable
TV’s, 2 VCR’s, stereo w/ CD player, and each bedroom has clock radios.

Also, we have provided locker space for your chairs and beach equipment on the ground floor.

We rent to families and responsible adults only. No non-family groups.  No house parties.  No motorcycles or trailers.  No Smoking.  No Pets

There are miles and miles of beach, over 100 golf courses, restaurants to suit all tastes and pocketbooks, shopping galore, amusement parks, miniature golf, fishing and many water sports.
Also, for live entertainment, you may want to go to: Alabama Theater, Carolina Opry, Palace Theater, Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede Dinner & Show, Legends in Concert, ‘Tribute! The Concert’, Medieval Times, or The House of Blues. There are many attractions for the kids and the kids at heart: NASCAR Speed Park, Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Alley, just to name a few.
