River view from back,ocean view from the front and the lovely beach 
as your yard.Now step into the spacious 2 bedroom,2 bath condo.How 
honelike it is.All the comforts of home are here.We provide all the 
amenities you need for a great vacation.This is a great place to 
make your home while you are visiting central Florida.You may decide 
just to stay put and relax,swim,fish,walk the beach or just sit on 
the beach or balcony and watch the ocean,dolphin and sea birds.The 
oceanfront pool is heated for cooler days and a great place to relax.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo has a full kitchen with all you need to prepare and serve 
meals.All the appliances are new.The dining area has a table that 
seats 4 and a counter for 2 more.The living area has seating that 
includes a sofa,love seat and recliner.The living area has one of 
two patio doors opening to the balcony.There are three tvs in the 
condo.The master bedroom has a king bed,the patio door in the master 
bedroom opens to the private balcony.The guest room has 2 queen 
beds.There is a laundry room in the condo with a washer and 
dryer.There are two updated bathrooms.Building has heated 
pool,spa,tennis court,shuffle board,basket ball,exercise 
room,library and garage parking

Activities and Attractions

golfing,swimming,boating,dining,sight-seeing and shopping.Tennis 
courts are on site.We will send you information on the area so you 
can plan your trip.

Vacation Rental Rates

 **We accept credit cards by phone High speed internet service in 
condo                                                           
2008rates - weekly rates $700-$1300.Special event weeks $1500 Best rate for Sat-Sat rental.Extra 
night $200
         
Monthly rates $1500-$3000. Please add $75 cleaning fee and 12.5% 
Florida tourism tax.$300 security deposit in addition to rent for 
keys and garage opener refunded after departure.Deposit is neeeded 
to hold unit reservation refunded if cancelled 30 days prior to 
arrival.Reservations made under 30 days deposit and rent  due 
reasonable mail time after booking                                
HURRICANE POLICY: June -November:If a named storm is threatning the 
area and an evacation order is planned a full refund will be made or 
another week vacation chosen.
