We have new beds one firm mattress one softer,new comforter sets,new dishes and pots and pans. New carpet gives comfort and freshness.Enjoy the morning sun on the oceanfront balcony.The unit has a fufll size frig,2 burner cook top,glasses,dishes ,coffee pot,toaster and some cookware-
There is enough to have a light meal or snack the unit is set up for yourf vacation and enjoyment
