Vacation Rental Description

First-floor condo with 2 bedrooms/2 full baths in Venice, Florida; 
located at Capri West on Capri Island Blvd with golf course view. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Private screened and glass enclosed lanai facing 9th green. Fully 
equipped kitchen with garbage disposal, dishwasher and microwave. 
Full-size washer/dryer in unit. Separate dining area. Living room 
with leather reclining chair and couch; 32 inch TV/DVD/VCR and 65 
channel cable; and ceiling fan. Master bedroom with tiled walk-in 
shower, queen-size bed, TV, VCR, and walk-in closet. Second bedroom 
with tub/shower combination; bunk bed with double bed down and 
single bed up; spacious walk-in closet; and TV/DVD. All 
linens/towels furnished. No smoking. No pets. One assigned carport 
space, plus unlimited guest parking. Two swimming pools on property; 
one heated and one not heated. Clubhouse offers regular activities 
including poker, mah jong, cocktail/coffee hours, etc. Warm and 
friendly neighbors!!

Activities and Attractions

Five minutes to I-75. Two miles to Venice Island and the Historic 
District. Downtown Venice affords unlimited shopping and fine dining 
in palm-filled setting. Short drive (5-15 minutes) to many, many 
beautiful beaches; including Venice Beach, Nokomis Beach, Manasota 
Key Beach, Casey Key Beach, etc! 
The Venice area has multiple public golf courses, including Capri 
Isle Golf Course and driving range which is an easy walk from the 
condo front door. Area activities range from all water sports to 
opera and theater. Two hour drive to Disney World. Airport access 
via Tampa (80 miles), Ft. Myers (65 miles), and Sarasota (25 miles). 

Vacation Rental Rates

***Minimum three month rental. No shorter rental period allowed by condominimum rules. Yearly lease 
available
January, February and March:                 $2,000/month (No longer available for 2009)
April and May:                               $1,200/month
June, July and August:                       $  950/month
September, October, November and December:   $1,200/month
Includes cable, electric, and local phone service (renter 
responsible for long-distance calls)
Additional state and local taxes apply.
30% deposit holds date (nonrefundable). Balance of rent is due 30 
days prior to rental. $100 cleaning fee negotiable. $500 security 
deposit refundable 30 days after departure.
Annual rental(terms to be arranged):         $1,100/month
                                             plus utilities
