This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse condo is in the Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Club. Located
directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, Gulf Island is a full-featured community with a 24-hour
security-manned front gate, an Olympic-sized heated pool, private beach, tennis courts, fully-
equipped exercise room, sauna, newly-remodeled club house and elevators.
This top (ninth) floor penthouse unit has a fully enclosed balcony with great views of the Gulf and
two 1000 square foot outdoor terraces providing panoramic views north and south along the coast.
Two high tables with umbrellas, four matching sling chairs and a number of cushioned chairs allow
you to take full advantage of the Florida outdoor lifestyle. Enjoy the dolphin, manatee, rays and
other wildlife in the private Gulf Island lagoon, take long walks on the trail around the lagoon and
marvel at the breathtaking sunsets.
Vacation Rental Amenities
The condo is newly redecorated and is fully equipped with everything you need to make your vacation
perfect. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds and attached full bathrooms. A queen-size sleeper in
the living room allows the unit to sleep 6 people comfortably. The living room has a 32 inch flat-
screen LCD HDTV with Bright House digital cable service featuring a variety of HD programming and a
DVD player. The master bedroom, which overlooks the Gulf, has a 35 inch conventional TV with a
VCR. The kitchen has a new range, a new dishwasher and a large microwave, along with spectacular
views of the coast from the kitchen window. The unit also has wireless high-speed internet.
The condo has a convenient covered indoor parking space just outside of the elevators; more outdoor
parking is available. A boat slip which will accommodate up to a 25 foot boat is available at the
Gulf Island dock facility.
Activities and Attractions
Everything is close to Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Club: beaches, restaurants, live theater,
numerous golf courses and shopping. It is 30 minutes from the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, 50
minutes from Tampa International Airport and 90 minutes from the Orlando theme parks. Other nearby
attractions include Busch Gardens, Weeki Wachee Gardens (with the famous mermaids) and casino
gambling boats in Port Richey. Gulf Island is very convenient to the Bonati Institute and the
Bayonet Point Hospital.

November - March $2,000.00 per month
April - October $1,800.00 per month

9% Florida sales tax for less than 6 months, $100.00 cleaning fee and electricity in excess of
$125.00 per month.
$500.00 security deposit; first month's rent and signed lease agreement required to reserve unit.
No refunds less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
No smoking inside of condo please. All pets must be approved. Pets over 35 lbs and puppies are not
permitted.
