Serenity on the 7th is a deluxe two story end unit townhouse in 
Fairways Village overlooking the 7th Green of the Links golf course 
and the Bay.  Recently renovated and remodeled,  this 3 bedroom-3 
bath, deluxe Villa (1800 sq.  ft.) offers all the amenities you 
expect at a deluxe resort but, with the privacy of a home.  An 
beautiful master bedroom with incredible views of the golf course 
and the bay is the perfect location for a quite evening by the 
fireplace.  Our townhouse is within walking distance of everything, 
but you may choose to bike or use the complimentary resort tram.    
We furnish a resort amenity card so that you may enjoy all that 
Sandestin has to offer.  Bring your toothbrush and beach towel,  
that’s all you’ll need to discover a unique lifestyle on the bay, 
beach and fairway!

phones …plantation blinds & ceiling fans throughout.  Bedding is 1 
King, 1 queen, 2 twins. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom, 
NO SMOKING please. Minimum rental age is 25.
