Now Booking For 2008!! - We are completely booked in July & August!

This 2nd floor condo at 13th and West on the ocean side, was completed in April 2004.  It is fully  
equipped, just bring your food and linens and relax and enjoy spending time at the shore.  It is a  
short walk to the beach, boardwalk and shopping district.  
 
The main living area has a full Kitchen with island, Dining Area and Living Room with gas  
fireplace.  There are french doors to the front deck, a ceiling fan and a TV, VCR and DVD players.   
Bring your Comcast cable modem from home and access the internet via our cable line. 
 
The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, sliding door to the rear deck, a ceiling fan, and TV with DVD  
player.  Master Bath off bedroom has large stall shower. 
 
The 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed, sliding door to the rear deck, a ceiling fan and TV. 
 
The 3rd Bedroom has 2 twin beds and a ceiling fan. 
 
Hall Bath has tub and linen closet. 
 
Full size washer and dryer in laundry closet in unit. 
 
In addition to all the interior amenities, there is a 1 car garage, off street parking for 1  
additional car and an outside shower.

Policies and Other Fees 
$300.00 Security Deposit 
Deposits:  1/3 deposit at time of lease signing 
           1/3 deposit 60 days prior to scheduled arrival 
           Final 1/3 & Security Deposit 30 days prior to scheduled 
           arrival 
Cancellation/Refund Policy:  The time factor is critical in Vacatin  
rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market  
for a period of time.  If you cancel for any reason after we have  
received your signed lease, your rent cannot be refunded unless the  
property is re-rented (and then less a $200.00 Administrative Fee).   
The earlier you warn us that you may need to cancel, the better  
chance of re-renting.
