Vacation Rental Description

2,100 sq. feet - 3 Bedroom, 2 bath family townhouse with three levels that can easily accommodate two  
families.   
 
Entrance on main level has mudroom that leads into fully-equipped  
kitchen with new appliances, dining area, living room with sliders to deck, cozy 
fireplace and TV/DVD, 2 bedrooms and full bath. The second floor contains a large  
master bedroom with TV/VCR and full bath.  
 
Lower finished level has bunk beds and 2 futons, entertainment center- 
tv/dvd/vcr, foosball table, washer/dryer, and woodstove.  Great space for the kids!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Outside deck in quiet wooded area with grill and seating area. 
Outdoor heated seasonal pool just a few steps away!

Activities and Attractions

Many attractions in the surrounding area such as Storyland, Saco  
River, Echo Lake, hiking, biking, golf, shopping in nearby North Conway,  
and more.  Only minutes to Attitash/Bear Peak, Bretton Woods, Wild  
Cat Mountain, Cranmore, as well as other nearby mountains.

Vacation Rental Rates

Spring and Fall weeks are available for $650.00.   
Summer - weekly rentals for $750.00.   
Weekend stay $350. 
Winter weekends $600, holiday winter weekends $700 
Christmas & February vacation weeks $1,500 
Winter rental available for ski season 
 
This does not include $75 cleaning fee.  Linens included for  
additional fee. 
 
A 50% deposit and a refundable security deposit of $200.00 is due  
upon return of rental agreement. Balance due two weeks prior to  
rental period.
