Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom waterfront condo located on Boca  
Ciega Bay on Treasure Island. Newly remodeled, with brand new  
furnishings. Quiet and peaceful, instantly relaxing. Less than one  
block away from beautiful Treasure Island Beach,   
drugstore, and numerous restaurants. Treasure Island Community Park  
(an open green space) is right across the street.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Living Room- leather sofa, 2 cozy armchairs, 27"TV (with Cable  
service), DVD and VCR, beautiful water view. 
 
Dining Room- wood dining table and 6 chairs. 
 
Kitchen- Granite countertops, microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee  
maker, toaster, dishes, glassware and cooking utensils, clothes 
washer and dryer. 
 
Master Bedroom- Queen sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, waterviews. 
                 Large walk-in closet and adjoining bathroom with 
                 tub and shower. 
 
High Speed Internet Cable access and printer (No computer) 
 
Second bedroom- two twin sized beds, nightstand and dresser, large  
closet, water view.

Activities and Attractions

 Treasure Island Beach provides as much or as little activity as you  
please: walking, jet-skiing,shelling,skimboarding,boating ,swimming,  
water-skiing, windsurfing and parasailing. A paved walkway runs the  
length of the beach. There are also sunset dinner cruises, shopping,  
a gambling boat, golf and tennis, miniature golf, and a huge arcade  
for the kids (large and small). 
 
St. Petersburg is a short 15-20 minute drive away, offering  
shopping, cinemas, restaurants and museums. 
 
Busch Gardens, Disney World and Sea World are all within a 90 minute  
drive, as are the homes of the Devil Rays, Tampa Bay Lightning, the  
Buccaneers, and Spring training locations for several baseball  
teams. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$2000-$2400 USD per month,  weekly rates: May to November 2007, $600  
for 1 week, $1100 for 2 weeks, $2000 per month.  Inquire about  
availability. Does not include 12 percent Florida Lodging Tax, or  
$65 cleaning fee.
