For in-house entertainment, free WiFi and satellite TV services are provided, along with a flat screen

Our rates are inclusive of all taxes, fees, utilities, maid service, pool service, parking, laundry, etc. - what you see is what you pay.  Check comparables to make sure they offer the same deal!

Your-choice payment: Paypal (using your credit card or bank account); interac money transfer (Canadian clients); wire transfer; mail payment to home address during certain dates.  

Confirmation deposit 50%; remainder due one month prior to arrival.  Christmas and NY: remainder due two months prior to arrival. 

Above rates are for occupancy by a maximum of 4 persons 12 and over.
No add'l. charge for children under 12, however occupancy limited to five total.

Security deposit advised at time of inquiry; fully refundable if no loss or damage.
