Vacation Rental Description

An unusually spacious, bright, air-conditioned home with cathedral 
ceilings, tiled floors, fully-furnished kitchen. Perfect for a 
family or couple. Two bedrooms with queen and two twin beds, and 
full-size futon in livingroom. One bathroom with hot shower and bath tub. 
Quiet, with plenty of privacy. Just a pleasant stroll or bike ride to 
the beach and the village, with its lively assortment of restaurants, 
shops, and watering holes.

Safe, comfortable, cool, and convenient. Sapphire House is the 
perfect place to relax and enjoy this friendly, affordable, laid-
back, English-speaking island, which has no cars, casinos, or high-
rises. Come, take your time, and experience Caye Caulker, which 
enjoys one of the highest percentages of return visits of any island 
in the Caribbean. Feel the sea breezes, snorkel, dive, fish, swim, 
and relax next to the world's second-longest barrier reef, just a 
ten-minute boat ride away.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities: phone, cable TV, radio/CD player, fully-equipped kitchen 
with microwave, coffee maker/grinder, toaster oven, mixer, blender, 
and other appliances, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, washer, iron, 
hair dryer, cooking utensils and linens provided. 

Sapphire House is an architecturally-planned home, naturally 
insulated, with tinted glass windows, cross ventilation, ceiling 
fans, and optional air conditioning. Lovely, breezy verandahs 
overlooking a stunning tropical garden.

No Smoking, No Pets

Activities and Attractions

Activities (on site or nearby): snorkeling/diving (barrier reef, 
Blue Hole), fishing (troll and fly) with local guides, swimming, 
boating, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, birding, guided tours to 
nature and marine reserves and Mayan ruins, shopping, restaurants, 
sunbathing, and other beach activities.

High Season  Dec-Apr      $125/nt .. $800/wk 
Mid Season   May-Aug/Nov  $110/nt .. $700/wk .. $2500/mo
Low Season   Sep-Oct       $85/nt .. $550/wk .. $1950/mo
Christmas/New Year/Easter $165/nt .. $1100/wk

Rates do not include 9% tax. Minimum reservation: 5 nights.
A/C optional - ask about lower rates for no A/C option.

Deposit: 50% to confirm reservation, by personal/cashier check($US); 
balance due on arrival in cash($US)/traveler's checks($US). Visa, 
MasterCard accepted.

Refunds: Full deposit, less $75, if more than three months notice or 50% 
if more than one month notice prior to arrival; otherwise, no refund, 
but deposit can be applied toward new reservation.
