$250 Security deposit is required to reserve dates. Payment in full
is required two (2) weeks before check-in. Check-in is at 1:00 p.m.
Saturday; check-out is at 11:00 a.m. the following Saturday.
Security deposit will be returned after inspection of unit for
damages, etc. This is a non-smoking unit.
