a King in the Master bedroom with a private bath. The guest BR has 2 
single beds and its own bathroom. 

Minutes away from Siesta Key beaches that are well known for their 
soft, sandy white beaches. Great fishing and boating abound and you 
can snorkle at the Point of Rocks and Turtle Beach just minutes away.

With over 50 golf courses to choose from many offering reciprocity 
between May and October.
 
Downtown Sarasota offers many cultural activities from theater to 
dance [Van Wezel and Asolo Performing Arts Centers] to many parks 
and amusements [Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Ringling Brothers 
Museum, Mote Marine Aquarium, Pelican Man's Bird Sanctuary, Jungle 
Gardens and Cruises and Tours] plus fabulous dining and shopping. 
Trendy St. Armands Circle has over 100 unique shops and dining

Golf Fees: $200.00 Full Club Membership Transfer Fee entitles you to 
utilize the golf course, driving range, tennis courts, swimming 
pools, fitness center and social activites. $20.00 green fee and 
$14.00 cart fee with paid Full Club Membership Transfer.

Cancellation Policy: 90 days prior to arrival
