Vacation Rental Description

Reduced rates starting Jan. 2008 and again starting Apr.

Fabulous and spacious 1300 sq. ft. Venice Florida condo, located and  
overlooking the 14th green on Bobcat Golf Course at the Plantation  
Golf & Country Club, St. Andrews area, a quiet upscale neighborhood. 
 
The two bedroom and two full bath condo has all new furniture as of  
fall 2005! 
 
The master bedroom suite consists has a king size bed, dresser,  
night stands, ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, and full private  
bathroom with double vanity sinks and double walk-in shower. 
 
The second bedroom consists of two twin beds, dresser, night stand,  
ceiling fan and ample closet space. 
 
The vaulted ceiling living room (with ceiling fan)is open to the  
enclosed lanai (Florida Room with ceiling fan), breakfast bar and  
kitchen. 
 
The living room includes a full sofa, love seat, recliner/rocker,  
occasional tables, TV and DVD/VCR. 
 
The enclosed lanai (Florida Room) can be converted to a screened in  
area by opening sliding doors on two sides facing the golf course.   
The lanai features a glass/rattan table and chairs with seating for  
six. 
 
The kitchen includes all standard appliances (stove, oven, micro,  
fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal) and is fully stocked for all  
your needs for cooking, baking and entertaining for eight.  It also  
includes a breakfast bar and seating for two. 
 
A complete laundry room with washer and dryer, carport, ample  
visitor parking and locked storage area included. 
 
All bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linens provided.  A full size air- 
bed (filled via electrical outlet) included.  All flooring is either  
ceramic tile or carpeted.   
 
This unit has everthing down to the beach chairs and will feel just  
like home!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Use of nearby association heated pool, picnic and grill area.  This  
quiet neighborhood is lush and extremely well kept.  The view is  
relaxing and beautiful.  Neighborhood walking and biking trails  
abound.  Close to the beaches, golf, shopping and everything a  
resort community has to offer.

Activities and Attractions

Venice is a historic Gulf of Mexico coastal community and is full of  
things to do.  Minutes to the multiple beaches on the Gulf of Mexico  
for fun in the sun, including shelling, fossilized sharks tooth  
hunting, 15 public golf courses nearby, unique areas for shopping,  
great restaurants, fishing piers, nature trails, tennis, boating,  
water sports of all types, biking, live theatre (Venice Little  
Theatre and more), museums, live music and many comunity activities  
to keep you entertained!

Feb. 2008-March 2008             $2800/month 
April 2008                       $2000/month 
May 2008 - November 2008         $1600/month 
December 2008                    $2000/month 
January 2009                     $2400/month 
Feb. March 2009                  $2800/month 
 
This includes all utilities (electric, cable, local phone,  
trash/recycling), must have long distance phone card.   
 
One month minimum required; will rent annual.  
 
30% deposit holds dates. 
 
Balance of rental due 30 days prior to rental plus $100 cleaning fee. 
 
10% FL sales tax (state law) due prior to rental. 
 
$500.00 security deposit, refundable 30 days after departure. 
 
No smoking and no pets.
