 Nightly .. $150-$250/night (2 night minimum)
 Weekly ... $900-$1500/week 

SUMMER Rates: (April - October)
 Nightly .. $175-$275/night (3 night minimum)
 Weekly ... $1050-$1650/week 

OTHER FEES: $250.00 Refundable security deposit 
            $40.00 cleaning fee
