Vacation Rental Description

***Call for Spring Specials!!!
Come stay in our beautiful two-bedroom 2ba condo on the 7th (top) 
floor of the Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club.  The view 
from our balcony overlooks the tropical courtyard pool with 
waterfall, hot tub, kiddie pool, tennis courts, fishing piers, picnic 
areas with grills and so much more. We also have a wonderful view of 
the sunset over the water right from our large balcony.  You can also 
see the ocean from the front door of the condo.    
The large balcony has sliding doors from living room AND master 
bedroom.  The kitchen is fully equipped and has washer and dryer to 
keep you comfortable for your stay.
It is a short walk just across the quiet street to the beach.  The 
condo is furnished with two queen beds and a  new sleeper sofa.  
GSSR islocated on West Beach Blvd where the traffic is very light 
(road dead ends just up the way)and we are far enough away from the 
crowded Orange beach and GS beaches to make you feel like you are far 
way from it all. Yet we are less than 5 miles from excellent 
restaurants, activities, shopping and more.  
This is our second home and we would love to share it with you!

Deeded beach access across the street and gazebo on beautiful white 
sand beach - Quiet!  Low traffic.  
Gorgeous pool with kiddie pool;
Hot tub;  2 Lighted tennis courts; 
Boat launch;   two fishing piers on the lagoon;boat ramp, first come 
first serve boat docks
Shuffle board and putting green;
2 charcoal grills with picnic tables;
 Our unit is in a secure building with elevator and is handicapped 
accessible.  The kitchen is fully furnished. Two TV's, DVD & VCR, 
 

Activities and Attractions

Great place to ride bicycles, fish, play tennis, shop and golf.
Bring your boat or waverunner!  Excellent boat launch on lagoon, 
with open water access to ocean close by (pass). 
   Many awesome restaurants. 
  Many activities are available for the kids - amusement parks, 
water parks, miniature golf, zoo, The Track.  Great Shopping - outlet 
mall in Foley. See the Blue Angels in nearby Pensacola...
