This home is located on a deep saltwater canal and leads directly into the intracoastal waterway. It 
is in a quiet community called Palm Point where all the homes are located on the water. If you like 
to fish, it doesn't get any better than this. If you own a boat, you can dock it in the backyard! 
The home is only a five-minute drive to Boca Grande which offers world class fishing, gorgeous 
beaches and fantastic shopping.

A paradise for boaters, golfers and wildlife lovers alike. There are two bedrooms and one bath, the 
master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest room has a queen size bed. Curl up on the 
comfortable living room furniture and watch a movie on the wall-mounted flat screen TV. Have your 
morning coffee on your private lanai overlooking the water. All you'll need are your flip flops and 
sunglasses and you'll be ready to go!

tourist tax.
