Vacation Rental Description

 New tile flooring,new paint,new fixtures,new American Standard 
furniture.
It is the newest and most up unit in the complex.

Our air conditioned unit is conveniently located on the 3nd floor 
overlooking the 
pool and baby pool as well as the beach. It is recently renovated 
with new furniture through out the entire condo. 

· 2 color TV sets, VCR, CD/radio stereo unit, and DVD player 

· Fully equipped kitchen w/microwave, dishwasher, stove, 
refrigerator as well as all the kitchen utensils, linens and small 
appliances necessary for a week or longer stay. A lighted ceiling 
gives plenty of light to the area and a fan helps keep it cooler, 
should you decide to cook. 

· The great room has a dining table and chairs for 10 people, a 
color 
set, couch , loveseat, and two bean bags chairs.

· The Master bedroom as king bed and dresser/mirror as well as 
a color TV.

· The guest room has 2 sets of bunk beds and dresser. 

· Two newly remodeled bathrooms - one with tub/shower combo, the 
Master bath has large walk-in glassed shower. 

· New linens have been added for you convenience.

· The balcony has a lounge chair and a table w/4 chairs for your 
dining pleasure. The unit faces South and is great for sitting out 
on cooler days.

Our condo is on a car free portion of 
New Smyrna Beach.The beach is perfect forfor jogging, walking and 
riding bicycles as well as safer for surf play. Children will enjoy 
the complex and beach.  We’re sure you will love visiting our condo 
and New Smyrna Beach.

Vacation Rental Amenities

In addition to being on a beautiful, white sand beach, our condo 
complex has the following available:
· Large heated pool
· A children’s pool
· Cabana with refrigerator, tables, chairs for poolside meals or 
playing games
· Gas grills are available for cookouts
· 2 shuffleboard courts
· Located across the road from a grocery store, beach shop, 2 
restaurants, and a hair salon. 

Activities and Attractions

Over an hour to Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studio, Orlando 
area. Less than an hour to Kennedy Space Center. Daytona 
International Speedway half an hour away. National Seashore 
just minutes away.

See the attractions then come back and relax on the beach!

Other activities nearby: Great Surfing area at the inlet, Surf 
Fishing, Charters Fishing(inshore and deep sea), 
many different restaurants, several shopping areas, family parks for 
play or picnics(riverfront and oceanfront), flea markets. A little 
bit of everything for everyone near bye.

All rentals are subject to 12.5% state resort tax and local taxes 
and 
$50.00 cleaning fee. 
Saturday to Saturday rentals are preferred, but special arrangements 
may sometimes be acceptable. 

Advance reservations are required along with a $300.00 
reservation/damage deposit. (Refunded within 30 days of departure) 

Maximum occupancy is 6. No pets and no smoking. The responsible 
party must be at least 25 years of age and staying in the unit. ID's 
will be checked by the Rental Management team if deemed necessary. 
On site management is present at all times.
