Our Villa is perfectly located on the exclusive Seasons  
community, less than 5.5 miles from Walt Disney World – and minutes  
from some of the best shops and restaurants of central Florida. With  
6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this elegant and spacious vacation  
home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 13 guests. 
 
Just Dreamin' Villa has been rated Diamond standard,top of the  
range,by our management company.The Villa is almost brand new,being 
furnished in October 2005 and rentals starting at the end of that  
month. 
 
The Villa has a spacious family room to relax in together  
during the day or evening, with cooling ceiling fan, luxurious  
furnishings, sumptuous sofas, a large screen cable TV and DVD  
Player , surround sound and stereo system – your family can enjoy  
the evenings together as you can watch your favorite movie, or  
listen to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!).  
There's also a separate lounge area providing extra space, and the  
perfect place for the kids to play - or for that peaceful haven to  
get away from itall.  
 
Step outside from the family room, under the cool and shaded lanai,  
and enjoy the Floridian sunshine as you have fun together in our  
sparkling, crystal clear private pool as you look out over the lake  
to the rear. Or why not sit in the spa pool to let the soothing  
bubbles relax you as you listen to the water cascade in to the main  
pool after an exciting day at the theme parks…there’s nothing  
better!  
 
The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra  
added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors  
leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional  
safety locks and switchable alarms. 
 
Or maybe you would like some fun time together with the kids -  
playing in our fully equipped games room, with an electronic darts  
board, foosball table, pool table and air hockey to enjoy! 
 
Sleeping accommodation at Just Dreamin’ Villa includes four master  
bedroom suites, each with a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps,  
clock/radio/alarm, telephone, dresser and cable TV with DVD player,  
closet space, plus each has a private master bathroom with vanity  
basins,  shower and toilet.  
 
The last 2 bedrooms are great for kids, and one provides 2 twin  
beds, together with nightstands, cable TV, X-Box ,and closet space.  
The second provides 2 bunk-beds, cable TV,PS2 player, nightstand,  
and both share a nearby bathroom. 
 
The spacious kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that  
you could possibly want to prepare a family feast or a quick snack.  
Let the family eat together at our separate dining area, or choose  
to snack at the breakfast nook off the kitchen.

Thank you for allowing us to stay a few hours longer in your villa  
on Thursday - it made our last day in Florida very relaxed and  
enjoyable.  We had a lovely time over Christmas and New Year and  
your villa is everything you say it is on the website and more - a  
truly lovely home, well situated and fitted-out to a very high  
standard, with plenty of space and comfort, it was a pleasure

Had a marvellous holiday. The villa and location were great and  
lived up to all our expectations.  
 
Had a few laughs our first night as some of the older members of our  
party needed a ladder to get in bed on the ground floor master  
bedroom!!!! He He!!

 I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic time we had at your  
beautiful home and we will definitley be coming back. It was exactly  
as you said it was and more and Seasons was so convenient for all  
the attractions and amenities.

We just arrived home today (we spent a second week in Treasure  
Island -near Clearwater).   
  
Everything to do with the house was exceptional !!!!   The house was  
just as in the photos.  The best part for the large group we had was  
the fact we could all congregate in the kitchen and sitting room -  
the large centre island is the perfect set-up.  I can't speak for  
anyone else, but personally I slept like a baby....the bed was so  
comfortable.  The BBQ was there when we arrived (it was out front of  
the garage, we moved it to the rear).  At first we didn't find there  
was enough cutlery (then we realized we could have been using all  
the cutlery from the dining room).  The only thing we felt would  
have been nice if it were supplied was an extra roll of toilet paper  
in each bathroom, dish soap and enough coffee filters to get us  
through the week; these items weren't much for us to purchase,  
however, each of your guests must leave some each time that the  
cleaners must take home (I know we left a lot of half used  
things.....dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, etc.).   
 
Thanks for everything - all of us really enjoyed ourselves and I  
don't think we'll be able to stay in a hotel ever again !

Well I am back in my office.  We made it to Orlando on monday  
morning.  His plane did not arrive until sunday afternoon.  What a

Back home now, we had a great time.  The place was perfect and was  
as comfortable and spacious as home. It was one of only two places  
we have ever rented that didn't make us feel like we wanted to leave  
and go home after day 3.
