This home will transport you to another world. Let the fantastic ocean sunrise wake you for
spectacular sights from your private deck off the master suite, then lower the room darkening shades
for a few more hours of restful sleep. Have breakfast on our sunny deck with 180 degree views of the
ocean, then hop the train for a day of sightseeing in Boston. Or explore the charms of Scituate
Harbor and all it has to offer.
This beautiful beach house is across the street from the sea-wall, providing unobstructed views from
every window. Two beaches with tidal pools for the children across the street, fish for blues or
striped bass from out front. Master suite has a queen bed, two bedrooms with twin beds each, and a
spectaular loft on the 3rd floor has plenty of room for the kids with two large air mattress beds
and two twin beds.

- Cable TV (includes NESN - Go Sox!), w/DVD & VHS, (Limited number of family friendly DVD's)
- Two adult 10 speed bicycles - Outdoor gas grill
- Linens and towels supplied - well supplied kitchen; you just bring the food.
- Off-street parking for 4+ cars
- outdoor hot/cold water shower
- Fishing gear available for rent at nearby bait shop

This house is so comfortable, you may not want to leave it. The Boston train is only 5 minutes away
in North Scituate, or drive 20 minutes to the ferry from Hingham. Cape Cod is only an hour to the
south. Scituate has interesting shops, great restaurants, a movie theatre, bowling, fishing charters,
golf at Widows Walk. Sit on our sandy beach and watch the children play in the warm tidal pools. One
beach is yards from the door, while a longer and more sandy beach is a 5 minute walk down the street.
Take our bikes for a ride into Scituate center or to the lighthouse at the entrance to Scituate
harbor. Sit on the front deck and catch the warm summer breeze while the sun sets and watch the Minot  Lighthouse ( 1-4-3) "I Love You" signal.

July & August rates are $2,200 per week

September and October rates are $1,800 per week
