1925 Vintage Beach House in Anna Maria Island

Gracious and spacious venue for that gathering of friends or
family! Five bedrooms, dining room for 10, living room 12' by 30',
front porch complete with rocking chairs and dining table for six,
back porch for smaller meals or picnics, make this the perfectly
maintained setting for relaxing after enjoying a day on the most
beautiful beach in Florida.

All bed linens and bath towels are included and you only need to
turn the key to begin your beach holiday.

Anna Maria Island is known for its safe, uncrowded white sand
beaches and the glories of shell gathering and gorgeous sunsets are
only a minute's stroll from the house. Beach Avenue offers a 
semi-private access to the beach with no through car traffic.

Should your needs include more space, our guest cottage is available
and adjacent to the large house. Please inquire for more
information on this additional accommodation.

A truly authentic beach house of vintage 1925, we have continued to
add features such as high-speed internet (wireless), HD TV with HD cable, charcoal BBQ grill, great appliances and a kitchen equipped for any level of food preparation whether you are heating a pizza or a meal of several courses. Beach toys and chairs available. 

Swimming, fishing, sunning, biking, kayaking, fantastic dining opportunities, shelling, parasailing, free island trolly, and a two minute stroll to the best beach on the island.

Winter: $2200/week.....    (Dec. 15- Feb 28th)
Spring:  $2300/week.....    (March & April)
