Minimum Stay required is $3000.00
Weekend Rate:  $3000.00 Fri/Sat/Sun - the weekend rate includes tax and cleaning fee ($1000.00 per 
day)                         
Weekly Rate:  $5,000.00, $750 per additional day
Monthly Rate:  $15,000.00
Holidays are subject to higher pricing
Chicago IL Room Tax 11%, cleaning fee $150.00
Rentals between June 1st and September 1st there are seasonal rates which are an  
increase of $500.00 in the weekly rate, and $225.00 in weekend rate
