Rates are for 7 nights and include tax and service fees.

A 50% deposit is required when booking the villa. The full balance
is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations 61 days or more prior to arrival have a 20%
cancellation fee; cancellations 46-60 days prior to arrival have a
50% cancellation fee and cancellations 45 days or less prior to date
of arrival have no refund. Unfortunately, there can be no refunds
for late arrivals or premature departures. You may wish to obtain
trip cancellation insurance, available through your travel
professional.
