Vacation Rental Description

Bright & lovely nice upper 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in central Palm 
Springs gated community. 2 pools, spa, tennis courts, parking. Condo 
has all amenities including pull-out sofa, 2 televisions with cable, 
stereo, DSL, and dining area for 4 people.

Condo was remodeled in November 2005.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Close to downtown and shopping.  Grocery stores, Starbucks and drug 
stores are all within 1 mile of the complex.  Condo is within a 
gated complex and the grounds are splendid and well manicured.  Two 
pools, jacuzzi and two tennis courts are in the center of the 
complex.  Parking is gated and covered.  Plently of parking for 
guests and on the side street.

Activities and Attractions

Palm Springs offers a variety of activities including golf, tennis, 
hiking, biking, casinos, spas and plenty of shopping and 
restaurants.

Winter 2007-2008 Rates 


January 2008 - $1200-$1575 month
March 2008 - $1550.00-$1600.00 per month
April 2008 - $1375.00 per month

$500-$650 per week, or
$105-$125 per night
