community of Gleneagles @ Remington.
This gated community is ideally located just 20 minutes from Disney
World, whilst also offering peace and tranquility. Offering 5
bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this fabulous home has been lavishly
furnished and fully equipped with all modern appliances. The entrance
welcomes you into a family room with sofas, side tables and silks.
Through to the kitchen in the centre of the home - which has been
fully equipped with range, microwave, refrigerator, waste disposal,
coffee machine etc. This looks onto the main living and dining area -
with dining set for 6 people.
The lounge has sofas, wide screen LCDTV, new computer with hi-speed wireless internet access and printer, side tables and silks for your comfort,
and gives a perfect view of the pool and deck area. The master
bedroom just off from the lounge has a king size bed, TV,
nightstands, chest of drawers, dressing table and en-suite bathroom with walk-
in closets.
Bedroom #2 - also downstairs has 2 twin beds, nightstands and closet and TV.
Bedrooms #3 and #4, offering queen-size beds, are located upstairs, also with TVs
Bedroom #5 has 2 twin beds, nightstand and walk-in closet and TV 
A family bathroom serves these guests with a downstairs powder room
also.
Outside, the pool and deck have the added advantage of facing South -
giving all day sunshine to its guests. Patio furniture is supplied
for you to relax on the private fenced deck, whilst the children
splash in the sparkling water of the pool.  Just imagine you and
your family enjoying the facilities of this beautiful home.

Gleneagles is located in the golfing community of Remington. Guests
may also use the community pool and tennis and basket ball courts.
The recreation center has a weight room and sauna for your
relaxation. Remington is located very close to Lake Tohopekaliga, and
East Lake Toho, favorite fishing and boating venues.
Disney and the other theme parks are only 20 minutes away, and for
the shoppers, we have the Florida Mall, The Millennia Mall and any
number of factory outlets on International Drive. There are many
restaurants ranging from casual to haute cuisine to satisfy every
taste, and if you like dancing, there are plenty of clubs in Orlando,
and at Disney's Pleasure Island to keep you busy in the evenings.

Rates will vary according to the time of year. Low season can be as
low as $105 per night plus tax. Peak season, Christmas and Easter,
can be $135 plus tax per night. Please enquire about any special
deals.
We require a $200 security deposit which is refunded upon successful
completion of the rental. The deposit is due at the time of
booking. The rent is due no later than one month before arrival.
