Newly renovated cottage just steps from the beach! in Dennis Port

This newly renovated, immaculate cottage sleeps four and is across
the street from the beach. The cottage has one bedroom with a double
bed, kitchen, dining area and living room. In the living room there
is a pullout sofa. French doors in the living room lead outside to a
fenced-in, private patio.

The cottage is located directly across the street from Haigis Beach
and is in an area convenient to restaurants, shops, and kids
entertainment. No loading up cars or beach parking hassles...why?
because you are already there. Cross the street and you are on the
beach. You are truly just a few steps from the ocean. The cottage has
its own parking spot and two guest spots if needed. Other outside
amenities include: a private fenced-in patio, back yard with view of
the ocean, BBQ-grill, picnic table and a new outdoor shower. Inside
amenities include: a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and
coffemaker. In the bedroom there is a double bed. In the living room
there is a pullout sofa that sleeps two, cable TV, VCR/DVD player and
more. Fall asleep at night to the sound of the surf.

During your stay at our Cape Cod cottage you can enjoy sunbathing,
swimming, boating, fishing, biking, shopping, reading and just
plain relaxing. You name it, its here in Dennisport and the
surrounding area. There are canoe and kayak rentals on the Swan
River less than 1/2 mile from the cottage. Deep sea fishing, whale
watches, harbor cruises are all very popular activities and are
available nearby. There are miles and miles of bike trails that
start out in Dennisport and cover the entire Cape. Also, some of the
finest dining on Cape Cod is right here, mid cape. There are plenty
of really good "take out" places too. Do you like to shop? The Cape
Cod Mall is not far at all and there are all kinds of small shops
and quaint villages in the immediate area. If you're a golfer,
you're in luck too, there are many absolutely gorgeous golf courses
on Cape Cod.
