Saida complex is the Island premier resort that has it all, located next to the Isla Grand Resort, formally the Radisson Hotel. It features man gated 24 hrs. security, 3 pools with hot tubs jacuzzis, a water bar, poolside palapas, 4 tennis courts and activities shop.The unit is very nicely decorated with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a full size sofa sleeper. Master bedroom has a king size bed while the smaller bedroom has a queen size Murphy bed. They accommadate 6 comfortably. The bathrooms and kitchen have granite countertops. The kitchen has new appliances and fully-equipped for cooking and serving. It is open to the dinning and living area giving a feeling of spaceousness. Ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms create a gentle breeze. The 3 TVs have cable and HBO. DVD and VCR are
available. Free telephone calls within the USA. Laundry room is only steps away. Schlitterbahn water park and many great shops and restaurants are only a short distance. Strictly no pets/non-smoking unit. Unit is solely rented by owner.

    rates for stays over 30 days. 

**03/01/10--05/31/10: $225/night, $1375/week. 4 nights minimum.
    Spring Break(Family only) & Hoilday rate: $300/night, $1850/week.

**6/01/10--6/23/10: $250/night, $1550/week. 4 nights minimum.

**6/24/10--8/22/10: $275/night, $1675/week. 4 nights minimum.
    Holiday rate: $300/night, $1850/week.

**A 14.5% tax rate applies to total cost of rental, plus a one time $75
    adm./cleaning fee with a $350 reservation/security deposit refundable upon
    satisfactory inspection of the unit.

**Cancellations made only prior to the 30 days(60 days for monthly rentals)
scheduled arrival date will have their deposit refunded less $75 administrative
fee. Late check-outs are subject to an additional charge. No refunds are given
on shortened stays. Maximum occupancy is no more than six individuals, including
children.
**Accept credit card (thru PayPal),cashier's check,money order,or
personal check. All must clear 7 days before check in.
