Vacation Rental Description

and waterfall. Extra large patio overlooking golf course for your 
morning coffees. Fully furnished with antiques and comfortable high-
end decor. Incredible kitchen w/cherry cabinets and stainless 
appliances. Fully airconditioned. 2 jacuzzi's, one double size in 
master suite, one in upstairs bedroom. Guest cottage by the pool is 
comfortably furnished. Separate dining room and family room with 
fireplace for a chilly night. (Here 65 degrees is chilly). Large 
closets. Fabulous master suite w/tiled floors, huge luxury Italian 
bathroom. All other bathrooms tiled with Italian tile, all first 
floors tiled with porcelain tiles. Enjoy the best in an estate 
setting with privacy.    

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen with Italian quartz counters, granite in 
master bath, black Italian tile. Four bedrooms in main house with 
four full baths. Each bedroom with it's private, tiled bathroom. 
Guest cottage with fully tiled bath and small kitchenette. Lovely 
pool has waterfall. Lit driveway into three car garage. Villa sits 
on a private acre with extensive lawns and privacy overlooking a 
fabulous Fazio golf course. Pool service and gardner  are supplied. 
Your paradise in a gated, private estate setting in Florida.

Activities and Attractions

Boating, golfing, swimming, wonderful Jupiter beaches, canoeing, 
snorkeling, fishing, yoga, bicycling (2 bikes will be in garage), 
the arts, movies, theater, shopping (upscale in Palm Beach), music, 
many restaurants, excursions, 2 1/2 hours from 
Disney World by car, 20 minutes to West Palm Beach airport, 10 
minutes to North Palm Beach light aircraft airport.
Golf membership not included, but golfing available at Old Trail
(Jonathan's Landing Golf Club)and  in nearby five PGA golf courses
or a variety of other public courses.  Social, full, sports 
memberships also available at private Jonathan Landing Golf Club 
(Old Trail)three courses with reciprocal privileges at other clubs.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental of 5,200 square foot luxury villa on one acre and Fazio golf 
course with inner courtyard, pool w/waterfall, 3-car garage. 
Luxuriously and fully furnished. Includes a guest cottage with bath 
and small kitchen for your guests, sleeps two.  Golf membership not 
included, but memberships including a sports, full or social memberships
are available with Jonathan's Landing Golf Club. Only parties with excellent
credit and references will be considered. $5,000 per month non-season, 
$8,000 per month furnished for December through April 2008.
No weekly rentals. Please do not inquire.
Refundable $5,000 security deposit required. 3 month minimum rental 
preferred.
