Vacation Rental Amenities

The gated community of Palms Point borders Coral Springs Lake with a 
beautiful walking path 
around the lake - many beautiful birds and animals to see. Fishing 
poles are available for catch/release fishing. A beautiful place to 
relax and meditate. This community borders a neighborhood of 
multimillion dollar homes also on the lake. 
Just steps from the condo is a resort style swimming pool landscaped 
with palm trees and tropical flowers. The quiet serene spa over 
looks 
the pool. There is a picnic pavilion for grilling pool side, a play 
ground and a lighted tennis court (hard court). The first class club 
house offers meeting rooms, business center, media room with pool 
table, a generous state of the art fitness center (cardio and 
weights) w/ TVs, CD player, mirrors, separate temp control and a 
window looking into the indoor basketball court(half)! A beautiful 
pavillion for auto washing/detailing is located inside the 
community. 

It has a wonderful resort feel! There is on property roving security 
after daylight. A simple 20 min from the Fort Lauderdale Airport (ie 
7 exits away approx.) Condo is 1/4 mile from Sawgrass Expressway.

Activities and Attractions

There are 101 golf courses within 15 miles. Over 1375 restaurants 
within 15 miles. The Cora Square Mall is 5 minutes away. We are 8 
miles directly East of Pompano Beach and 12 miles from Fort 
Lauderdale. 20 minutes from the Everglades national park. 10 minutes 
(Sawgrass Expressway) from the Sawgrass Outlet Mall (23 movie 
theaters). 15 minutes from the Festival Flea Market and Butterfly 
World. 20 minutes from river boat cruises on the River Front. There 
are outdoor concerts at the beach and art festivals like no other. 
There are 3 world famous tennis academies all within 10-20 minutes 
of 
condo, Nick Saviano High Performance Tennis Academy (Sunrise), The 
Evert Tennis Academy (Boca Raton), The Rick Macci International 
Tennis Academy (Deerfield). 40 minutes from South Beach (all 
highway) 
Numerous places of interest - couldn't see or do everything in a 
month! At the condo is a binder of restaurant listings (including 
carry outs), brochures for sight seeing, touring, shopping, 
kayaking, 
fishing, boating, beaches, night life.  There is a Publix grocery 
around the corner (1 mi.)& a CVS drug store a block away. The Bank 
Atlantic Center, host to concerts and shows is 10-15 minutes away. 
There are Spring Baseball training camps in the area, Professional 
Tennis Tournaments and National Championship Tennis Tournaments 
throughout the year.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Monthly rate  $2,000- $2,800 (minimum 1 month)($800 security 
deposit)

Security deposit required to hold reservation.
 
Rent & fees Payment in full due 60 days prior to arrival.
     
FEES:  Exit cleaning & laundry fee $100

Security deposit return policy:
75% returned if cancellation on or before 60  days prior to arrival.
0% returned if 30 days or less cancellation notice received prior to 
arrival.
100% returned 30 days after stay: when there are no damages, missing 
items, excessive cleaning, replacement of some consumables (ie. 
laundry detergent, supplies).  

Rates are subject to change without notice. Must confirm rates by 
email.
