Our vacation home is located in the Windsor Hills Reserves, a gated community less than 2 miles to Disney World's main entrance. Centrally located so you can drive to Florida's most beautiful beaches.

This home is professionally decorated for comfortable family gatherings large of small. It has many special touches like granite counter top in the kitchen, painted walls, lush bed covering, exquisite decor, ceiling fans on the lower level, game room, and much more.

The pool is south-facing for maximum sun exposure, with extended pool
deck and serene covered lanai. The backyard is very large for maximum
privacy with no neighbors immediately adjacent to the back of the
pool. A large park with play equipment and walking trail is located
right across the front yard.

Weekly rentals recommended, minimum bookings of 5 nights. To reserve
the property there is a charge of $250. Rest is due 30 days prior to
arrival. Maximum capacity of 10 adults plus 2 children allowed.
For cost far less than two comparable Disney hotel rooms you could
enjoy your stay here at the peaceful villa. And from our family to

* Cleaning is done once before you arrive and after you leave.
* There is a broom, a mop, and vacuum, in case needed.
* Management company can provide High chair, baby crib
and additional cots, baby sitting service,
food prepared by professional chef grocery delivery etc.

Guests can enjoy their own private heated pool and spa.
There is a large backyard to play games or a Huge Park
in front of the home with walking trail, swings and sand.
