Vacation Rental Description

Our vacation home is located in the Windsor Hills Reserves, a gated 
community less than 2 miles to  Disney World's main entrance. 
Centrally located so you can drive to Florida's most beautiful beaches. 
 
This  home is professionally decorated for comfortable family gatherings 
large of small. It has many special touches like granite counter top 
in the kitchen, painted walls, lush bed covering, exquisite décor, ceiling 
fans on the lower level, game room, and much more. 
 
The pool is south-facing for maximum sun exposure, with extended pool 
deck and serene covered lanai. The backyard is very large for maximum 
privacy with no neighbors immediately adjacent to the back of the pool. A 
large park with play equipment and walking trail is located right 
across the front yard. 
 
Prices range from $185 to $215 per night.Weekly rentals recommended. 
To reserve the property there is a charge of $250. Rest is due 30 days 
prior to arrival. Maximum capacity of 10 adults  plus 2 children allowed. 
 
For the cost of less than two comparable Disney hotel rooms you could 
enjoy your stay here. We hope you too will come and experience the

    * Two comfortable master suites with king size beds on the  
      first floor 
    * Third beautiful suite with queen size bed also on the  
      first floor. 
    * Ceiling fans on all lower levels 
    * Second floor has themed fourth and fifth bedrooms with 2  
      twin beds each. 
    * All bedrooms have their own bathrooms, linens, towels, &  
      hair dryer 
    * Gorgeous black granite counter top in the kitchen which  
      is equipped with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, full  
      electric range, dishwasher, full size refrigerator,  
      dishwasher, cooking ware, wine glasses, patio ware etc. 
    * Friendly eat-in counter seats 4, breakfast nook overlooking  
      the pool seats 6, & formal dining table seats 6 guests. 
    * Handy washer dryer, ironing board and an iron provided 
    * Game Room that include billiards, air hockey and table tennis 
      in the garage. 
    * Cleaning is done once before you arrive and after you leave. 
    * There is a broom, a mop, and vacuum, in case needed. 
    * Management company can provide High chair, baby crib  
      and additional cots, baby sitting service, 
      food prepared by professional chef grocery delivery etc.

Weekly Rentals recommended  
Cleaning fee of  $106 for all stays of less than 7 nights 
Pool Heat of $175/ week upon request 
BBQ grill and baby items for rent $65/week upon request 
Long Term rentals available upon request 
Florida taxes 13% for all stays.
