This is a bright, luxury home, located in Windsor Hills. This a family-friendly resort, a gated resort, with gaurds checking all cars, at the gate, 24 hours a day. From this home to Animal Kingdom is 3.75 miles; 11.42 miles to Sea World; & 16.45 miles Universal Studios.   One to three hours drive to the best beaches and near Central Florida's several award winning Golf Courses, which are known to all our golf enthusiast.

This vacation home was professionally decorated for comfortable family gatherings large, or small. It has unique touches like granite counter top in the kitchen, painted walls, lush bed covering, exquisite decor, ceiling fans on the lower level, game room, with highspeed WiFi and located in a family friendly resort which has gaurds at the gate 24 hours a day.

This home has a it's  private South-Facing pool for maximum sun exposure, with extended pool deck & a serene covered lanai. The backyard is very large for maximum privacy with no neighbors  adjacent to the back of the pool. A large park with play equipment & walking trail is located right across the front yard.

Weekly rentals recommended, minimum bookings of 5 nights. To reserve the property, a down payment of $250 of the total bill is required. Rest of the funds are due 30 days prior to arrival. Maximum capacity of 12. For cost far less than two comparable hotel rooms you could enjoy your stay here at this peaceful villa.

Monthly rentals  and last minute  rentals welcome. Minimum bookings of 4 nights, only weekly bookings during summer months.

Pet cleaning fees are additional $230 for each rental period.

Holiday rates are $1960/week. Xmas, New Years, Easter, Graduation week and 4th of July.

Specials are for all bookings of 7 nights or more Only & do not include Holiday weeks.

All guests staying less than 7 nights pay cleaning fees.of $116. Pool heat if needed is $15/day

Guest agree to pay the rate on the day the booking form was submitted
no future discounts or specials will apply. Dates are not secure until
booking forms and deposit have been accepted.
