Beautiful Bright Luxurious Villa with South Facing Pool in Kissimmee

This home is located in the Windsor Hills Reserves, a gated community less than 2 miles to Disney World's main entrance. Centrally located so you can drive to Florida's most beautiful beaches. 15 to 20 minutes to Sea World, Universal Studios & most of the theme parks. And easy drive to the best kept secret: Central Floridas many award winning Golf Courses.

The home is professionally decorated for comfortable family gatherings large of small. It has many special touches like granite counter top in the kitchen, painted walls, lush bed covering, exquisite decor, ceiling fans on the lower level, game room, and much more.

We have a private pool which is South-Facing for maximum sun exposure, with extended pool deck & serene covered lanai. The backyard is very large for maximum privacy with no neighbors immediately adjacent to the back of the
pool. A large park with play equipment and walking trail is located right across the front yard. The most "complaint" we get from parents is that the kids like the pool so much they don't want to go anywhere. They just want to stay in the home and play in the pool.

Weekly rentals recommended, minimum bookings of 5 nights. To reserve
the property there is a charge of $250. Rest is due 30 days prior to
arrival. Maximum capacity of 10 adults plus 2 children allowed.
For cost far less than two comparable Disney hotel rooms you could
enjoy your stay here at the peaceful villa. And from our family to
