 Our Carolina Lake Beach Villas, unit 2A 1st floor condo has assigned parking directly beneath, and is nicely furnished.This complex has a full size pool.  We just updated all the flooring... engineered cherry flooring in the kitchen, porcelain tile in the bathroom, and new flooring throughout. The comfortable livingroom has a queen sleeper sofa, a new 50 inch flat screen plasma TV, VCR, DVD, a video library, and a sliding door that opens to the front deck.There is also a wireless internet connection. Beach chairs for your use are kept on the front porch.The kitchen has new granite counters and is fully equipped with a dishwasher,microwave,crock pot,blender,ice maker, etc. - Our condo also has a full size washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed, TV with DVD, and a sliding door that opens to a small deck that overlooks the full size pool and beautiful lake park. There is a twin trundle bed in the hallway alcove. A beach access is directly across a narrow lightly traveled one-way street. This access is less than a minutes walk.
We rent to smaller families and responsible adults over 25 years old. This is a NO Smoking NO Pets vacation rental.

From Memorial Day to Labor day weather permitting free movies are shown every Sunday at the lake and fireworks at the beach every Thursday.Local areas of interest include;the N.C. Aquarium, Civil War Fort Fisher, Carolina Beach State Park,Fort Fisher-Southport Ferry,historic downtown Wilmington,shopping,and golf.
