   Our 1st floor condo has assigned parking directly beneath, and is nicely furnished.This complex has a full size pool.  We just updated all the flooring...&nbsLp;engineered cherry flooring in the kitchen, porcelain tile in the bathroom, and new carpet in the living room and bedroom. The comfortable livingroom has a queen sleeper sofa, new 50 inch flat screen plasma TV, VCR, DVD, a video library, and a sliding door that opens to the front deck.There is also a wireless internet connection. Beach chairs for your use are kept on the front porch.The kitchen has new granite counters and is fully equipped with a dishwasher,microwave,crock pot,blender,ice maker, etc. - Our condo also has a full size washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed, TV with DVD, and a sliding door that opens to a small deck that overlooks the full size pool and beautiful lake park. There are bunk beds in the hallway alcove. A beach access is directly across a narrow lightly traveled one-way street. This access is less than a minutes walk.
We rent to smaller families and responsible adults over 25 years old. This is a NO Smoking NO Pets vacation rental.

From Memorial Day to Labor day, weather permitting, free family movies are shown every Sunday evening at the lake directly across the street. There is a farm market with arts and crafts Saturday mornings also at the lake. There are fireworks on the beach every Thursday evening.Local areas of interest include;the N.C. Aquarium, Civil War Fort Fisher, Carolina Beach State Park,Fort Fisher-Southport Ferry,historic downtown Wilmington,shopping,and golf.
