Vacation Rental Rates

$150-$200/night
$40 Non-refundable Cleaning Fee
$ 200 Security Deposit to be paid by check to the building manager  at
check-in time.
The same deposit  check will be returned to you at check-out as soon
as the building manager clear you. 

REFUND POLICY: Must be canceled 30 days prior to your initial date 
and all nights lodging will be refunded minus $40 transaction fee 
which will be kept.  NO refunds for anything canceled within the 
past 30 days prior to your stay.
