Vacation Rental Description

The Villa is situated on the Cape Haze Peninsula, close to white 
sandy beaches and some of the most spectacular sunsets on the Gulf.

This luxury villa with solar heated swimming pool, fully furnished 
and completely equipped with everything you require, is a perfect 
place for the family holiday of your dreams. 

Within minutes of the villa are numerous world renowned golfing and 
sporting facilities, shopping malls and a large selection of 
restaurants where you can relax in the sun while enjoying the taste 
of fresh food, in some places you can watch the Dolphins playing in 
the Gulf while you enjoy your meal. 

The villa is approximately 3,200 sq feet (The size of a large modern 
5 bedroom house in the UK), it is fully air conditioned, has four 
bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 9 people. 

Situated in the quiet location of Rotonda, a largely residential 
community, there are three golf courses within the community with a 
fourth planned, and a large nature reserve where you can enjoy long 
walks. 

The villa is south facing with the pool enjoying the sun for most of 
the day. This part of the Gulf Coast is almost undiscovered when 
compared to Orlando, you can enjoy peaceful days around the house 
but there's plenty to do if you want to!

The pool has a large area for sunbathing, six sun-loungers and nine 
chairs are provided. The lanai has a large table and chairs for 
comfortable outdoor eating. In addition to the air conditioning each 
bedroom and the lanai have ceiling fans to help keep you cool.

Vacation Rental Amenities

There are two large master suites, one with king bed, one with queen 
bed, then two further bedrooms one with twin beds and one with 
bunk beds, double on the bottom and single on top. Three bedrooms 
have en-suite facilities. Including the en-suites there are four 
bathrooms, all bathrooms have showers (double in the master suites) 
and two also have baths, both master suites have twin "His & Her" 
sinks. There is a generous range of towels and spare bedding.

The villa is tastefully furnished throughout including two TV's one 
with cable, two VCR's, a CD / Cassette / Radio mini system. There 
are two settee's in each of the living rooms. The living room looks 
out through triple full height patio doors to the lanai and fully 
screened swimming pool.

Activities and Attractions

There are numerous restaurants serving all types of food, some where 
you can watch the Dolphins play in the Gulf, Tennis courts, Nature 
Trails, 4 Golf Courses on site and 10 others within a short drive, 
the Gulf beaches are within 15 minutes. Inside the villa there are 
books to read and games to play, The villa and its facilities are 
there to make your holiday one to remember!

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are inclusive for the house up to the maximum occupancy and 
include all electricity, local telephone & water, you will be 
responsible for a one-off cleaning charge of £55.00 irrespective of 
length of stay on leaving the Villa which will include the washing 
of all bed linen and towels.

The on-site management will look after all your needs and deal with 
anything unexpected, they are there to help at all times.

Rental Rates start from £350 per week in the low season or last 
minute bookings and rise to £750 per week in the peak periods.
