a lovely cosy large 3 bedroomed selfcatering apartment,set in
spectacular scenic countryside.set just of the road,it is very
peaceful and as a nice large balcony to sit and relax.new for 2008 is a 80 sq mt sun terrace with
access from the patio doors in the back bedroom, there is a dining table chairs sun loungers and
barbecue plus great views onto the countryside.there is
everything you need in the apartment now there is added a washing machine and internet connection.
the owners hve tried to make the apartment feel like it
is home from home. it is well furnished with everything you need .there is a hall table with lots of
local info
about things to vist and activities to try.

4 mins walk from the apartment is a cafe/bar shop, run by maria ,5
mins drive is lousa town which as lots of shops, restaurants, bars,
supermarkets, banks, tourist office, and lots of interesting places
to vist, coimbra city is 35mins drive and is a very interisting
historic city,all around is some great countryside to explore,and
the lovely sandy coast is 45 mins drive with some great beachs.

from leaving the apartment there is lots of walks in the forest and
hillside, there is two pools in lousa, you can hire cycles in lousa,
and there are terrific mountain bike trails,10 mins drive away there
is horse riding, gokarting, and ten pin bowling, there is a 9 hole
golf couse in coimbra and range.there is canoeing near by, and just
30 mins drive over the hill is a huge outdoor swimming complex with
boat hire too. also there is lots of historic castles and churchs
too vist.

we try to give fair rates according to the number of people and the
time of year,we charge from 200 euros to 400 euros, and there is
nothing else to pay,bedding and towels are also provided.
