This beautiful condominium provides 1800 sq feet of spacious Florida  
living as it was meant to be - on a golf course with a lake view,  
close to the beaches and Boca Grande. 
 
Located in the picturesque Riverwood Golf resort, this tastefully  
decorated 2nd floor unit has cathedral ceilings.  The master bedroom  
has a walk in closet and an oversized shower area.  The guest  
bedroom has a double pillow top Select Comfort mattress.  There is  
also a den with computer access and plenty of books. 
 
The charming and serene enclosed 4 season lanai is perfect for  
enjoying breakfast and dinner while overlooking the picturesque 7th  
fairway, without a doubt - the most magnificent view in all of  
Riverwood. 
 
Your comfort and enjoyment was our focus in decorating this condo.   
The living room furniture has a buttery soft leather sofa, love  
seat, chair and ottoman. In addition the extremely comfortable  
chairs in both bedrooms are perfect to read and relax.

Nov-Dec      $2500/month 
 
Cleaning Fee $100 
 
$500 Refundable Security Deposit needed to hold time slot.
