Vacation Rental Description

Casa Ina has award winning architechtural design. Every detail in it  
combines to evolve a sense of as if one were standing inside an  
antique steam boat.  
All bedrooms are well ventilated, they are oceanfront and have also  
back view. There is 2 rooms on the second floor; one with a full  
size bed and the other with a full. They share a large balcony and  
bathroom. 
The third floor is all the master bedroom. It has a queen size bed,  
full bathroom and walk in closet.  
Downstais is the kitchen and dinning room. Also a large roofed  
terrace on the front of the house. A beachfront terrace goes around  
the pool and has space also for the “tanning area”. One full  
bathroom for visitors and pool use. A kayak is left also for all  
rentors. 
Located just 7 kms from fishermen village of Chicxulub and 15 from  
Progreso. Public transport runs behind the house in that direction  
every 20-25 minutes.

September - June $510 USD per week or $1,4400 USD per month 
December 15 till January 5th $720 usd per week  
July - US $4,000 per month 
August - US $4,000 per month 
Holy and Easter - US$1,300 each week 
*Minimum two week stay. 
Security Deposit 300 usd
