views can be enjoyed from the yard, master bedroom and kitchen area!
Our Henderson/Las Vegas retreat offers pool, hot tub, billiards table, gated RV/boat parking, covered
patio and has beautiful tile floors in the main living area. There
is a gas fireplace in the family room, breakfast bar and pub table.
The master bedroom is accented by a sleigh bed, walk in closet and
city light views.The master bath features double bowl vanity and a
garden tub.
The pool area has a fabulous view from the patio table area, the
pool is 5'deep at the deepest area and has a step entry. The side
yard/garden area also has a gym for your morning work out among the

Linens are provided, a terrific kitchen with microwave, convection
oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal and breakfast bar also offers
dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans.A gas grill is provded on
the covered patio for your use. A living room at the front of the house
provides a television, movies, games and CD player, the great room has a fireplace,
tv and sectional sofa. Our 3 bedrooms provide comfortable accomodations for
6, a portable mattress is available to accomodate groups of 8. If
you have a dog, friendly well behaved dogs are welcome, dogs with
attitude can go elsewhere! Ask about our pet addendum (there is a
Veterinarian office within 5 minutes of our home)

Black Mt Golf Club is 5 minutes; Lake Mead, Lake Las Vegas, Hoover
Dam, casinos, Galleria Mall within 15 minute drive time.
The Las Vegas Strip, McCarran International Airport, The District at
Green Valley Ranch 15-20 minute drive time.
Red Rock Canyon-45 minute drive time, Mt Charleston recreation
area 1 hour, Valley of Fire State Park- 90 minutes; Zion National Park-
