carport with all new leather furniture, 50" flat screen tv in the
living room, 2 27" tv in the 2 bedrooms and cable is included. Solid
oak bedroom furniture with pillow top beds. New 18" by 18" ceramic
tile threw out with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances
{all new}, fireplace, large patio with charcoal grill. Down stairs
unit with a breathtaking view of the canal.The fishing is great from
the dock!!!AN optional 13000 lb. boat lift is available!!!

Johns Pass is world known for there shopping, boat and jet ski
rental, dinner cruises, gambling boats and deep sea fishing trips.
Walking distance to the beaches, and park. The Tampa air port is 30
minutes away and disney world, Sea world, and Busch gardens is less
than 2 hours. The dog track and fishing pier are local.
vacation rental rates
Seasonal rental Nov.-June $2000.00 a month with optional boat lift
$200.00. A $125.00 cleaning will apply unless it is left in the
same condition as when you rented it. 30 day minimum. Yearly rental
