Vacation Rental Description

Condo is beautifully furnished with Southwest decor and great 
attention to detail.  Gated and locked private courtyard entrance.  
Great sun with southern exposure.  Patio has unbrella table, four 
chairs, and two reclining, cushioned loungers.  Breathtaking view of 
Mount San Jacinto which overlooks condo and pool.  Lush grounds and 
spacious greenbelts with palm trees and winding sidewalks for 
enjoyable walking.  Pick your own lemons, oranges, tangeloes, and 
grapefruit for breakfast from our property trees. Sunrise Villas 
Condominiums is conveniently located just five minutes from small, 
quiet, very "user-friendly" Palm Springs Airport. It is a very quiet 
community with it's own private circular road off Sunrise Avenue.

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 BDR/2BATH Condo sleeps six. Bedrooms separated by baths and hall 
for maximum privacy. King bed with dual controlled Select Comfort 
mattresses, two twin beds, and sleeper sofa. Space saver recliner 
plus reclining unit in sofa for comfortable relaxation. Huge Master 
Bath with walk-in shower and very large Master Closet. Second bath 
has shower/tub. Ceramic tile floors entry, kitchen, and both baths. 
Wireless Internet. Cable TV with 46" TV/DVD in living area, TV/DVD 
in both bedrooms plus stereo. New kitchen with granite counters and 
ceramic tile floors is furnished with all amenities including color-
coordinated stoneware dishes, placemats, and linens.  Or, dine 
casually with non-breakable dishes in the courtyard or on the 
patio.  You will find crockpot, wine and bar glasses, ice bucket, 
quality knives, blender, complete spice console, etc.  Other condo 
amenities include gas barbecue grill, separate laundry room off 
courtyard entry, pool toys and beach towels, and iron with board. 
One car stall in shared garage. Housekeeper available for private 
hire. 

Activities and Attractions

Eight property pools with spas.  Our pool is one of three that is 
heated year round, but it is never crowded and we are often the only 
ones using the pool! Locked tennis courts located near our condo.  
Minutes from Palm Canyon Drive shopping where you can also enjoy the 
colorful street fair with local artists and vendors every Thursday 
evening. View Picasso and other famous artwork at the Desert Museum 
in downtown Palm Springs. Close to golf, water park, and aerial 
tram.  Nearby hiking at Joshua Tree Forest, mountain areas, and 
desert trails.  5 minutes from Smoketree Stables for horse riding up 
into the canyons. 90 minutes to Disneyland. One hour to Idyllwild, 
an artists' village in the San Jacinto Mountains. Enjoy many Palm 
Springs gourmet restaurants including the restaurant at the top of 
the tram. A favorite of ours is to sit at the open flame grill at 
the Matchbox Restaurant overlooking the activity on Palm Canyon 
Drive. Meet other "snowbirds" from places such as Indiana, Winnipeg, 
Minnesota, Vancouver, and England who winter regularly at Sunrise 
Villas.
