***FALL FOLIAGE SPECIAL*** Fall is a fantastic time to visit Yosemite as the best time to see that awesome, Autumn color is the last two weeks of October through the first two weeks of November. The weather is cooler (typically mid 60's by day) and the crowds have gone home so take advantage of this offer, book at least four nights from October 27th through November 17th and get 15% off your already low, off-season nightly rate (makes it just $165/night!)
Wonderful and welcoming, Vineyard View Vacation Rental is Ideally
located just outside the town of Mariposa, very near Yosemite National Park. This historic home is set in the center of eight private, accessible acres amongst majestic Oaks, Cedars and Pines with spectacular, distant, valley views of the beautiful Butterfly Creek Winery and beyond.
Most certainly, this a delightful retreat for couples, families and friends traveling together who want to be close to Yosemite yet still enjoy the luxury, comfort, and convenience of their own private vacation home. It is all one level with three plus bedrooms: 2 King beds, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin bed plus foam & Aero beds for the kids.
There are two full bathrooms, both accessible from common space (so no going thru someone's bedroom to get there) a big, beautiful kitchen with all new appliances and cabinetry, fabulous new tile countertops, extensive cooking utensils and a delightful dining area that comfortably seats up to eight. The open floor plan allows for comfortable, un-crowded companionship and the views from this room are amazing.
Vineyard View was built in the post Gold Rush era and has been tastefully renovated with impeccable style and modern amenities while retaining its original architectural allure. "How can you stand not living here?" (A recent guest asked upon arrival)
The Master bedroom has a King bed, vanity sink, sitting area and large windows that treat guests to the magnificent views of the valley and grounds. The second bedroom also has a King bed, private reading area and large windows with delightful views, these two rooms share the lovely hall bath that is all new, complete with a claw foot tub below a picture window with private view, corner shower and mosaic tile floor.
There is an Oak, Queen size Wall-Bed in the living room, guests staying here have a door between this room and the hallway that offers total privacy from the other two bedrooms when closed. An added benefit of the wall-bed is it's romantic proximity to the lovely, stone fireplace and floor to ceiling windows with incredible, distant views. There is also a quaintly done bedroom in the large utility room where guests using the Wall-Bed can enjoy a private place for their personal belongings as well as their own lovely, full bath and a twin size bed for quiet afternoon naps.
Guests here can enjoy a day in nearby Yosemite and return home to sit back on the Verandah in the comfortable, white wicker furniture and enjoy the sun setting over the peaceful garden and VIEW with the whispering winds blowing softly through the trees. You can also enjoy a leisurely stroll through the trees or down the storybook lane to the tasting room of the award winning, Butterfly Creek winery.
We make a real effort here to cater to families traveling with children but at the same time, the home is appointed and decorated in a way that’s particularly attractive and accommodating to our adult guests, as well. You’ll find an abundance of comforts, conveniences and useful items not found in many other vacation rentals and will instantly recognize, upon your arrival, why our return guest rate is as high as it is.
We offer the use of a wide variety of baby/child items such as highchair, booster seat, crib/Porta-crib as well as lots of books & toys. The home is exceptionally child friendly and thoughtfully baby-proofed, there is play yard equipment, a sand box, cars to ride in etc. for the smaller children and if you're traveling with older children who need room to explore, there are lots of trails to follow, trees to climb, Ping Pong to play, a swing for fun and more here to keep them occupied while you sit back, relax, and enjoy the views...
