Vacation Rental Description

With an ocean view from the living room and master bedroom, you will 
enjoy this 2nd-floor Townhouse.  Recently renovated, the condo has 
cool, ceramic tile floors throughout.  The first floor includes a 
kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room, living area and balcony 
overlooking the pool and ocean.  The plush sofa pulls out to 
sleep 2 comfortably.  The second floor includes a master suite with 
a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean, bathroom with shower and 
tub and a second room with twin beds and a balcony for catching the 
sunset. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The owners love to cook so you will find the kitchen very well 
equipped with everything you need to create a fabulous seafood 
dinner or whip up some margaritas.  The living area includes a new, 
large, flat-screen TV, DVD player and stereo.

Activities and Attractions

You will be just steps from the clear, blue Atlantic ocean and 26 
miles of sandy white beach so activities include swimming, surfing, 
surf fishing and walking on the beach.  Bike rentals are available.  
Outdoor showers await you when you return from the beach and the 
large outdoor swimming pool overlooks the ocean.  The condo 
is just 5 miles from Anastasia state park where you will find no 
cars, clean beaches, great fishing, surfing and camping areas. 

Surf shops and tackle stores are available within 5 miles where 
experienced, friendly local folks can provide you with gear, tips 
and fishing guides.

Historic downtown St. Augustine is only 7 miles away where you can 
enjoy horse-drawn carriage rides with historic interpretations, 
Henry Flagler's famous hotels and buildings and fabulous 
restaurants.  Explore over 400 years of history - all within walking 
distance of central downtown. The St. Augustine Lighthouse, one of 
only 6 open to the public in Florida, is ready for you to climb to 
the top and get a bird's eye view of the entire area.  The San 
Sebastian Winery offers guided tours along with wine tasing. 
Families will enjoy the St. Augustine Alligator Farm where you can 
see 23 species of crododillians.

$920 to $970 per week, plus tax and cleaning fee of $90.
$100 deposit applied to rental.
