Vacation Rental Description

Most affordable first-class condo in Vanderbilt Beach.  Bayfront 
with beautiful water view and only one block from Gulf Beach. Second 
floor unit in 3 story bldg located right across street fm Ritz 
Carlton Hotel.  All new furnishings, decor and equip.installed 3/00 
by new owners.  Fully equipped gourmet kitchen; all electronics 
furnished throughout.  Queen bed in bedroom with en suite full bath; 
queen sofabed in living room with access to separate 1/2 bath.  This 
is not an income rental, but rather owners' second home which they 
use several months each year.  As one renter wrote:  "You own a 
dream place...which we found pleasant, ideally located,clean, and 
tastefully furnished."     

Vacation Rental Amenities

Walk to everything: Gulf Beach, many restaurants, parks w. tennis, 
etc, library, 2 shopping centers. World-class shopping districts of 
Olde Naples are within a short drive.  

Activities and Attractions

All beach and water related activities in sight or short walk: 
swimming, sunning, beachcombing, boating, fishing, parasail, jetski, 
etc.  Numerous nature preserves, including Everglades National Park 
and Sanibel Island, within 1 hr drive, as are historical sites like 
Edison/Ford Museum. Dozens of restaurants within blocks, ranging 
from 
simple seafood spots to 5 star Ritz Carlton and every style/price 
combo in between.  

Vacation Rental Rates

June-Sept: $500/wk
May, Oct and Nov: $600/wk
Dec and April: $800/wk 
Jan-Mar: Already booked.

$200 non-refundable booking deposit to hold dates becomes security deposit on arrival and will be 
refunded within 2 wks after departure assuming no damage and compliance with lease

$100 cleaning fee due with rent
