Vacation Rental Description

oasis 
for all to relax and enjoy.  This 25th floor unit has full-height 
sliding glass doors which open up to two separate balconies from the 
living area and the master bedroom, overlooking the New River and a 
view to the ocean. Located in Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale, this luxury 
condo is right in the downtown business area.  It features a ceramic 
tile entry into the spacious living area; luxurious carpeting in the 
bedrooms; granite bathroom and kitchen countertops; a fully-equipped 
kitchen with all new appliances, with all the amenities of a full 
service condominium (see amenities).  This unit has two parking 
stalls and it is a non-smoking unit. 

Shopping is a short stroll away from the entrance on the infamous 
Las 
Olas Boulevard.  You will enjoy the quaint shops and the many 
restaurants of French, Greek, Italian and Latin influences.  One 
block west is the Riverwalk, with entertainment, live music, more 
great restaurants and the fascinating Museum of Discovery and 
Science.  You can also board the Water Bus to cruise along the river 
to see some of Fort Lauderdale’s famous and exclusive residences and 
it's rich history, or just simply, jump on the bus, head east and 
you 
will be on beautiful white sandy beaches within minutes.

If shopping is more to your liking, the Riverwalk mall is within
