Vacation Rental Rates

December 15th - April 30th $1,260/week; $180/night
May 1st - December 14th $1,120/week; $160/night
Special: June 1st/2008 to September 30st 2008 - $840/week; $120/night

CANCELLATION POLICY: The renter may cancel the rental contract at any time, as long as the 
cancellation is sent to us in writing. The following deadlines and costs apply to cancellations by 
the renter:
Cancellations of 46 or more days prior to arrival: 20% of rental amount is forfeited
Cancellations of 45 or less days prior to arrival: 100% of rental amount is forfeited
In addition, a non-refundable booking fee in the amount of $50.00 is charged on each reservation.

In addition:

$500 security deposit (refundable)
$140 cleaning fee
11 % Tax
There is allowance of $25/week for electricity. Everything over that 
will be charged back form your security deposit.
If requested, boat is available, under separate contract.

If you want to rent the boat, then I need to know for how many days, your level of boating 
expertise, and the purpose for renting it. Here are the tarrifs, for boat rental:
minimum 3 days.......$600/3 days
7 days rental........$1,000/week
Tax: 6%
Orientation fee : $150.00 (to the Captain)
Refundable security Deposit: $1,000 (to the Captain)
