Vacation Rental Description

Leadville is an old mining and mountain town that has the 
distinction of being the highest incorporated town in the United 
States.  Travelers cross the 10,424-foot Tennessee Pass on Route 24 
from Minturn enroute to Leadville.  Most of the buildings, and this 
Victorian residence, were built in the late 1800's.  There are 70 
square blocks included in the National Historic Landmark District of 
Victorian architecture, including the largest opera house west of 
the Mississippi, the saloon visited by Oscar Wilde, and two historic 
1879 churches.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large and spacious accommodations, including cozy gas fireplace in 
living area. Fully furnished with antiques in each room.  Completely 
supplied kitchen with assessories, and bedding/linens for each 
room.  Easy walk to main avenue and resturants.

Activities and Attractions

Surrounding activities include nordic skiing, down-hill skiing, 
snowshoeing, trail hiking, biking, ice skating, golfing, swimming, 
fishing and touring.

Vacation Rental Rates

Seasonal Prices:  Minimum stay of two nights at $350 per night.  Stay 
five nights at $280 per night.  Call for rates for 
accommodations longer than five nights.  Visa and MasterCard 
accepted.  Rates do not include tax.
Please note that smoking on the premises is prohibited, and that open 
flames, including burning of candles is also prohibited.
