Seaside Oaks is a beautiful, Key West style 8 unit condominium located directly on Indian Rocks
beach. Indian Rocks Beach offers a quiet layed back beach atmosphere with activities and attractions
at your fingertips.
This 1850 sq. ft. unit is newly redecorated and provides you with spectacular panoramic views of the
Gulf beaches and pool. Come watch the sunsets from our fully furnished lanai.
There is a heated pool for your enjoyment. A BBQ grill poolside and great access to our beautiful
beach.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Exquisitely designed throughout, Tommy Bahama style furnishings. Key West shutters on the main
windows. Granite countertops in both baths. A special added feature of vaulted ceilings in the
Living area and kitchen provide extra feel for space. Master bedroom has a king bed set with jacuzzi
tub in bath with a seperate shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed with a full shower/tub. Porcelain
tiled floors in main areas with carpet in the bedrooms. A den off the main area is equipted with a
large LCD TV and a queen sofa sleeper. We also have a Plasma TV in the living area as wireless
internet aqccess plus TV's in both bedrooms. Stacked washer / dryer inside. Fully furnished kitchen
and living areas. Fully furnished lanai and a cabana complete with chairs, water accessories and
bikes. Everything you would expect from a luxury condo. This is truly one of a kind.
Activities and Attractions
Seaside Oaks is located on Gulf Blvd. with a Trolly that runs along the coast to many restaurants
and shops. Or if you'd like to walk, you can find quite a few within a few blocks of our place.
Tampa Airport and the International Shopping Plaza are 25 minutes away. We also have many
attractions within a 1-2 hours drive (Disney, Seaworld, Busch Gardens etc.)
Enjoy swimming in our heated pool, fishing, golfing, kayaking, boating or just relaxing on the beach
under an umbrella.
