Vacation Rental Description

You will enjoy a wonderful vacation away from home while staying at “Out Of Africa” in Destin  
Florida. “Out of Africa” is located in the beautiful Emerald Shores private, gated community that  
features 2 pools (seasonally heated), tennis courts, basketball, and shuffle board. 
In addition to that, the community has its own beach front Pavilion. Here, you can store your items  
for the beach, lay out on their lounge chairs, and wash off sand from the beach. There are also  
bathrooms located at the beach Pavilion so you don’t need to go back to the house. 
“Out Of Africa” is located a short 5-7 minute walk from the beach and a 2 minute walk from either  
pool. The community also provides a shuttle that drives people to and from the beach or pool. “Out  
Of Africa” will have some beach toys, a charcoal grill and a cooler provided for  
your stay. 
Here is a breakdown of the features of this Destin Florida Vacation Rental: 
  
Master Bedroom: One KING size bed looking at a Television with VCR. A HUGE walk in closet, dresser  
and end tables for ample clothing storage. It has its own bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, stand up  
shower, two sinks, and toilet. 
  
Room 2: One QUEEN size bed with 2 end tables and a closet.  It is located just outside the second  
bathroom. 
  
Room 3: One QUEEN size bed with 2 end tables and closet. This room has a television in it. It is  
located just outside the second bathroom. 
  
Other sleeping areas: The living room features two couches: A loveseat and full sized couch. We also  
provide an air mattress with pump. 
  
Living Room: The living room is a comfortable living area with a loveseat, full size couch, and  
chair with ottoman. It also has a small bar table with bar stools. The living room also has a door  
leading out to the back patio where chairs are provided for the comfortable nights. 
  
Kitchen: The kitchen features a dinner table for four and bar with four bar stools. Kenmore  
appliances (Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven with Range, and Dishwasher). “Out Of Africa” is fully  
equipped with everything needed for cooking. See below for additional amenities! 
  
Other Information: “Out Of Africa” comes fully equipped with all amenities. It also provides FREE  
Wireless WIFI Internet, washer & dryer, iron and ironing board, television, DVD Player, VCR, and  
telephone for emergencies. 
  
This Destin Florida Vacation Home is located just two blocks into the community. It is a very short  
walk to either the pools or ocean as mentioned above. We have provided you with many pictures of  
this beautiful house. We are constantly upgrading our house to accommodate the needs of our tenants.  
Destin is a beautiful area with many things to do for all ages. With the teal ocean, white sand, and  
beautiful weather, Destin has it all to make for a memorable vacation. We hope you will enjoy your

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house comes provided with all necessary amenities. It has washer, dryer, iron and ironing board,  
Free WIFI Internet, microwave, refridgerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, telephone,  
DVD player, TV, Stove, Oven, and a charcoal grill. We also provide toys for the children  
to use on the  
beach, and a cooler.

Activities and Attractions

The community features 2 pools that are both within a 2 minute walk. The beach is approx. 7 minutes  
away if walking. It also has a tennis court, basketball court, shuffleboard, and volleyball on the  
beach at the beach pavilion.

Rates provided include Security Deposit and Sales Tax. They are the Final price paid. Must stay from

time, monthy rates will be based off weekly rates. We do have special monthly rates for snowbirds  
interested in staying during winter months.
