Vacation Rental Description

Get away from frenetic city life to the ideal beach/golf house -- a 
sunny contemporary style home w/all amenities in the small, private, 
pristine community of Arrington Woods (corner of Rt. 20 & 54, across 
from Bayside Resort's Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course), minutes 
to Fenwick State Park & Beach and Ocean City.  

Ideal for family reunions or for a "circle of friends" to spend a 
relaxing week or weekend away from it all. This brand new (built in 
2005) spacious house feels like an elegant but comfortable resort 
home with graceful, arched floor-to-ceiling windows, a three season 
sun porch leading to an out-door patio w/barbeque grill & views of 
nearby woods, and plenty of space for entertaining.

This light-filled 4 BR/3 1/2 BA twin home has plenty of room for 
overnight guests with two master bedrooms (one on main level) with 
private baths (one w/soaking tub & separate shower); two additional 
bedrooms share another full bath. Loft/office provides play area or 
quiet get-away space, overlooking spacious great room w/gas FP & 
vaulted ceilings.  

The spectacular "flow" of this home is great for party occasions---
open dining/kitchen/great room, cozy 3 season sun porch furnished in 
wicker, with floor to ceiling windows that open to screen up or 
down -- and outdoor patio. Upstairs master bedroom has its own sun 
deck & a covered porch off the loft provides additional outdoor 
enjoyment/privacy for other guests. Gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen 
w/corian counters & breakfast bar.

Bring: sheets, towels, soap products, paper products. Eight pillows 
and bedspeads & blankets for each bed are provided.

Activities and Attractions

Community pool is a short walk, as is the brand new 18-hole Jack 
Nicklaus golf course. In addition to its proximity to Fenwick, with 
its numerous species of birds & other wildlife, beach & park, this 
attractive, upbeat community is close to Ocean City with its 
Boardwalk, kids' activities & "hotspots"; and to Rehoboth, with its 
sophisticated nightlife and shopping (and tax free outlets). Bethany 
& its beaches, shopping & restaurants is also a short drive away. 

Nearby boating, clamming, crabbing, skiing, sport fishing, 
beachcombing, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, biking, bird watching, 
sightseeing/shopping, fine and casual dining and nightlife, 
amusement parks and miniature golf, multiple golf courses.

Sunday through Sunday rental.

4/27/08 to 6/01/08  $1150 per week 
6/01/08 to 6/15/08  $1450 per week
6/15/08 to 8/31/08  $1690 per week
8/31/08 to 9/07/08  $1450 per week
9/07/08 to 9/28/08  $1150 per week
Fall of 2007 through 4/27/08 $150 per day + cleaning charge (3 night 
minimum)


Seasonal (Memorial Day thru Labor Day) $16,000
